Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Palembang area.
- Identify, acquire, and manage key client relationships to ensure long-term business growth and customer retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management to optimize sales processes.
- Negotiate terms of agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
