As a Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of our business growth, responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with a diverse range of on-trade establishments, including bars, restaurants, and hotels, to promote our premium beverage portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for on-trade channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Tuas region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence in on-trade establishments
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales management team
- Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure effective product promotion and availability
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly
- Train and educate clients on our product portfolio and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid Singapore driving license and willingness to travel within the Tuas region
- Knowledge of the local on-trade market and customer preferences
