Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate incoming sales inquiries and handle client communications professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales support team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update client information regularly.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and enhance the overall sales process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support or a related administrative role.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of the label making or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
