Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior SAP FICO Manager to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. This is a pivotal role working with a premier client in the Retail industry, focusing on the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
As a Senior SAP FICO Manager, you will serve as the bridge between complex business requirements and technical SAP configurations. You will lead functional discussions, manage project workstreams, and ensure that our retail client's financial processes are streamlined, compliant, and integrated seamlessly within the S/4HANA ecosystem. We are looking for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling, paired with the leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and hyper-care.
- Translate complex retail business requirements into effective SAP functional specifications.
- Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to project timelines.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Element/Center Accounting.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to optimize financial business processes.
- Perform system testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA production issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) integration.
- Strong background in the Retail Industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead client-facing engagements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting is a strong advantage.
