Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional looking to make a significant impact in a global manufacturing environment? Lotte Data Communication Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO Consultant to lead our human capital management digital transformation.
In this role, you will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for the architecture, implementation, and continuous optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO modules. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our HR processes are streamlined, compliant, and highly efficient. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of functional SAP HCM configuration, combined with hands-on project management experience to guide stakeholders through successful deployments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules and BIPO integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, functional SAP system configurations.
- Conduct workshops and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders regarding HCM best practices.
- Manage system testing, quality assurance, and provide post-go-live support to ensure operational stability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex integration issues between SuccessFactors and BIPO platforms.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align HR systems with corporate compliance and data governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting.
- Proven track record of managing BIPO integrations within a complex enterprise landscape.
- Strong expertise in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and payroll compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification in SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
