- Analyze and interpret complex tax data using SAP systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with tax and IT teams to develop and implement digital initiatives for tax data management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax governance processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain robust tax reporting systems and dashboards
- Support tax audits by providing accurate and timely data analysis
- Stay updated on tax regulations and digital trends affecting tax data management
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP systems with focus on tax modules
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex tax data
- Experience with tax compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge tax and IT departments
- Certification in SAP or data analytics is a plus
- Experience in energy or manufacturing industry is preferred
