As the heartbeat of our development teams, you'll facilitate seamless collaboration between product owners, developers, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in Agile ceremonies and servant leadership will help teams exceed quality targets, accelerate delivery cycles, and enhance user satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to shape our Agile practices while mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic product roadmaps.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and escalate blockers to maintain sprint velocity and project timelines
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering self-organization and accountability
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure clear acceptance criteria
- Monitor and report team metrics using tools like Jira, Confluence, and burndown charts
- Drive process improvements by analyzing team performance data and implementing solutions
- Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
- Proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies for 5+ person teams
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and complementary practices
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for stakeholder communication
