Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and domain authority.
- Lead technical SEO audits, resolving crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Drive Local SEO initiatives to enhance our physical locations' visibility in search and map packs.
- Implement AI Search Optimization (AEO) to capture voice search and generative AI answer engine results.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages and blog structures for search intent.
- Conduct regular keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and performance reporting.
- Stay at the forefront of search engine algorithm updates, adapting strategies to maintain compliance and rankings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS structures (specifically WordPress).
- Deep knowledge of Local SEO best practices and Google Business Profile management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Familiarity with AI search trends and LLM-based search behaviors.
- Strong communication skills, ability to mentor junior team members, and thrive in a collaborative culture.
