Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site operations and manage construction schedules.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues immediately.
- Mentor and lead a team of site engineers and laborers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office suite.
