As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between design blueprints and physical execution. You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with high-level vendors, and maintain our strict standards for quality and safety. We are looking for a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve problems on the fly, and mentor junior staff to ensure project milestones are hit on schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and architectural specifications.
- Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a consistent flow of materials and labor.
- Enforce strict occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions immediately.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality meets company and client standards.
- Manage on-site documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and site instructions.
- Mentor and guide junior site staff and laborers to boost productivity and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a site supervision or construction management role.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a challenging site environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using project management software.
- Valid CIDB Green Card is highly preferred.
