As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the project management team and the on-site workforce. You will ensure that construction activities align strictly with architectural blueprints and project timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining a safe working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily on-site construction activities and ensure strict adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate the workforce, including laborers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and local building codes to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers to report progress and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor material usage and inventory levels to minimize waste and control project costs.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision, with specific experience in the hospitality or resort sector being highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and local construction regulations.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., SKA - Sertifikasi Kompetensi Ahli) is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
