Paradigm Builders Sdn Bhd is actively seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Supervisor (Architecture) to join our dynamic team for a 1-year contract at our Petaling Jaya site. We are looking for a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between architectural design and on-site construction execution.
As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities align with the approved architectural plans, safety standards, and project timelines. You will be responsible for leading site operations, managing a team of workers, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship is delivered. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily on-site construction activities and ensure strict adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain design integrity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control measures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise site staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication.
- Prepare and submit timely progress reports, material requisitions, and comprehensive site diaries to the project management team.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, by-laws, and Paradigm Builders' safety policies.
- Handle site logistics, including layout management, material storage, and access control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related construction management field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in site supervision within the architecture and construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Valid Site Supervisor certification or equivalent professional qualification.
