Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labor to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Monitor site safety regulations and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols (OSHA).
- Manage and coordinate site logistics, including material delivery, machinery, and site personnel allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential delays or technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive site diaries and generate accurate progress reports for project managers.
- Facilitate effective communication between architects, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of site supervisory experience in commercial or residential construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, site management, and reading blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multicultural teams.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Building Codes and safety regulations.
- Valid driving license and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
