As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, acting as the bridge between the technical team and project management. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure strict adherence to construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate site activities, including subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate risks and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports, including budget and schedule updates, for management review.
- Ensure quality control of all materials and workmanship to meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align project goals.
- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (OSHA/SKSM), and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Valid Site Supervisor/Engineer license is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
