Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for hi-rise development
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Implement and enforce strict safety and quality control measures
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in hi-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and permits
