Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage our overall social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality original content including static imagery, short-form video, and engaging copy.
- Monitor social media KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate monthly reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform algorithms, and emerging digital trends.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a professional, brand-aligned tone.
- Work with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach and drive organic growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement metrics.
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
- Deep understanding of platform-specific features (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, analytics dashboards).
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a creative problem-solving attitude.
