Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive case management and counselling sessions for families and individuals.

Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social work, specifically in special needs or family support.
- Valid Social Work license or certification (e.g., LSW, LCSW) is required.
- Strong understanding of child development and special needs education services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
