In this pivotal full-time role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will lead technical initiatives, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion best practices in software engineering including design patterns, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration is key at Dwi Cermat Indonesia – you will work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver exceptional features that solve real-world problems for our users and contribute directly to our business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate directly with the Lead Software Engineer and Engineering Manager to design and implement the technical roadmap.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish best practices to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Lead the design and architecture of new features and systems, from requirement analysis through to deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring high system reliability and uptime.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide accurate effort estimations for project planning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on, professional software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js. Full-stack experience is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and mentoring other engineers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
