Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs that power our core products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust solutions.
- Lead and participate in architectural discussions, contributing to the overall system design and technical roadmap.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to software development best practices and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems to ensure high availability and performance, identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending and implementing improvements to our tech stack and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, preferably in a high-traffic, distributed systems environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL; NoSQL like MongoDB, Cassandra) and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems, think critically, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
