Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using microservices architecture
- Develop RESTful APIs and optimize database queries for high-traffic applications
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security protocols and performance optimizations for backend services
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Node.js
- Expertise in database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in agile environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance
