Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).
- Architect and maintain the core lending platform architecture and microservices.
- Optimize database queries and system performance to handle high concurrency.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to define API requirements.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and user information.
- Identify technical debt and drive refactoring efforts for long-term maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) with a deep understanding of concurrency and memory management.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit scoring, or financial services domain is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
