Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development of new features and enhancements for the Grab merchant app using Flutter
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality code standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the team
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends and technologies
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
- Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Redux, etc.)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
