- Design and implement production-grade AI/ML solutions specializing in NLP models
- Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and resource efficiency
- Integrate AI systems with existing cloud infrastructure and microservices
- Develop automated pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct research on emerging AI techniques and implement best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews for AI components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in AI/ML
- Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Proven experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles (CI/CD, testing, version control)
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
