- Provide financial partnership to Japan & Southeast Asia B&IS division leadership team
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
