Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the identification and analysis of business processes to uncover opportunities for digital transformation and AI integration.
- Design and implement end-to-end digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and manage digital transformation project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive user adoption and provide training on new digital tools and platforms.
- Analyze data trends to track project performance, identifying metrics for continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of digital innovation and technological agility across the company.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud) that support our long-term business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or IT consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing data-driven initiatives or AI-based solutions in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and digital adoption strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-backed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
