Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in HR with focus on engagement or internal communications
- Proven expertise in developing L&D frameworks and training program implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data visualization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with executive presence
- Certification in HR, Change Management, or Organizational Development preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and employee engagement tools
