As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of net asset value (NAV) calculations, financial statements, and supporting schedules for a diverse portfolio of funds, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and alternative investment vehicles. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and fund mandates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review daily and monthly NAV calculations for a variety of fund structures
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, and fund managers for reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual reports
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
- Participate in system upgrades and testing of new accounting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in fund accounting or asset management
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and fund structures
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
