Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to Commerzbank Head Office in accordance with global accounting standards.
- Oversee the financial reporting lifecycle for the Asia region, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory mandates.
- Analyze regional financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality.
- Support the coordination of year-end audits and periodic financial reviews.
- Ensure that all Head Office requests for financial data are fulfilled with high precision and within stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain documentation of reporting methodologies and ensure alignment with group-wide financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments and strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across different time zones.
