Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive IT governance frameworks aligned with industry standards (COBIT, ITIL)
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and mitigation planning for IT infrastructure and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX) and internal policies
- Lead IT audits and reviews to identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and maintain governance documentation including policies, procedures, and risk registers
- Collaborate with security, operations, and business teams to embed governance practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare governance status reports for leadership
- Stay current with emerging IT governance trends and technologies to drive innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's or professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CGEIT) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles
- Expert knowledge of IT governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex technical risks and business impacts
- Excellent communication skills to articulate governance concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT audit tools, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance management
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring junior team members
