We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our APAC Middle Office team in Singapore. As a Senior Specialist, you will act as a vital bridge between front-office execution and back-office processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the broader Middle Office team in delivering high-quality reporting and risk oversight. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily reconciliation of trade settlements and cash flows to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to support P&L reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close processes.
- Monitor trading activities and settlements to identify and mitigate operational and settlement risks.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Collaborate with front-office trading desks and back-office operations teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards within the APAC region.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Middle Office, Treasury, or Risk Management role within a financial institution.
- Strong working knowledge of financial instruments, trade life cycles, and market operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
