We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Operational Excellence & Improvement to spearhead our transformation initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) division. In this high-impact role, you will guide continuous improvement programs and drive the adoption of automation technologies across the organization. You will focus on delivering exceptional value by optimizing complex business processes, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for growth and streamline workflows, ensuring that our support functions operate at peak performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that align with the strategic goals of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across Global Business Services (GBS), identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- Drive the adoption of automation technologies and digital tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define process requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill teams on new methodologies and process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification in Accountancy (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or GBS within a multinational organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in driving automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive process optimization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
