Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO regulations, and tax requirements
- Resolve complex payroll discrepancies through data analysis and reconciliation with HR/finance systems
- Implement and maintain internal controls for payroll processing accuracy and audit readiness
- Lead payroll system optimization projects, including testing and deployment of new features
- Prepare payroll reports and documentation for management and external audits
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on benefits administration, deductions, and compensation changes
- Train payroll staff on process updates and system enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years payroll experience
- Deep expertise in Malaysian payroll regulations, tax codes, and statutory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in payroll systems (SAP/HCM or Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven experience with multi-country payroll processing and currency conversions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex data discrepancies
- Professional certification (e.g., CPP, FPC) or equivalent payroll credentials preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution
- Ability to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality and integrity
