Tanggung Jawab
- Lead labor dispute resolution and conflict management initiatives
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with labor unions
- Advise management on labor law compliance and best practices
- Facilitate collective bargaining negotiations and agreements
- Design and implement employee communication strategies
- Monitor workplace grievances and ensure fair resolutions
- Conduct industrial relations training for supervisors
- Analyze labor trends and recommend proactive solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in industrial/labor relations roles
- Proven experience with union negotiations and collective bargaining
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
- Advanced communication and negotiation abilities
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
