We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy to ensure that all manpower requests are filled in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of candidate quality. You will play a key role in shaping our employer brand and optimizing our hiring processes to support the company's rapid growth.

As a Senior Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, collaborate closely with department heads to understand their unique hiring needs, and leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent. You will also mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment strategies for key positions, from defining job requirements to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Manage the entire talent pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Implement and optimize employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and increase hiring efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates across various industries in Kuala Lumpur.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with a proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving hiring challenges.
