Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments using standardized diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult clients
- Provide specialized therapy for articulation, fluency, language disorders, and dysphagia
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Document client progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and prepare reports
- Mentor junior therapists and contribute to team training initiatives
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and research advancements
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid Singapore Speech Therapy Board license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in speech therapy
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in therapeutic techniques
- Experience working with diverse populations (pediatric to geriatric)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Certification in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., PROMPT, LSVT)
