Tanggung Jawab
- Assess and diagnose neonatal speech, language, and swallowing disorders using specialized evaluation tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for premature infants and neonates with communication delays
- Provide direct therapy interventions targeting feeding, vocalization, and early communication skills
- Educate parents and caregivers on developmental stimulation techniques and home-based practice strategies
- Collaborate with NICU teams, pediatricians, and occupational therapists for comprehensive care coordination
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records according to hospital protocols
- Participate in research initiatives to advance neonatal speech therapy practices
Kualifikasi
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with pediatric/neonatal populations
- Current registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore
- Specialized certification in Neonatal Feeding and Swallowing Therapy
- Expertise in developmental assessment tools (e.g., Bayley Scales, PEDI)
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based neonatal intervention protocols
- Excellent interpersonal skills for family-centered care approach
