Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, reconcile, and verify accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and bank transactions
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies through detailed account analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and internal controls
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Develop and implement efficient reconciliation procedures and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial inquiries
- Support external audit processes with accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is highly desirable
