As a Senior Staff Finance, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will ensure strict compliance with local regulations, optimize financial processes, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our financial health and driving efficiency across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial records and transactions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis against forecasts to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets, for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage internal audits and implement robust control measures to mitigate financial risk.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support key business decisions and long-term planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPN, PPh) and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
