- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Oversee daily IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure the security, stability, and optimal performance of all company systems
- Manage IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and system optimization
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex IT initiatives
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications are highly desirable
- Experience in managing IT teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
