Tanggung Jawab
- Assist cardiologists during invasive cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI).
- Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamics continuously during procedures, intervening promptly in emergencies.
- Provide expert pre- and post-procedural nursing care, including patient education and physical assessment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sophisticated cardiovascular lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate complex patient care plans.
- Document patient interventions and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Cardiology, ICU, or A&E.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is mandatory.
- Possess a strong commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and patient safety.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in high-stress environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
- Flexibility to support on-call duties or shift rotations as required by the lab.
- Candidates with prior experience in cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology will be highly regarded.
