Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients, including vital signs and hemodynamic parameters.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Implement and monitor critical care protocols, including mechanical ventilation and life support systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict infection control guidelines to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during critical times.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and medical crises within the unit.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or High Dependency Unit (HDU).
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to handle complex medical scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
