Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans tailored to the needs of critically ill patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status continuously, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and legal regulations.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care activities.
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research within the ICU department.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid practice certification in Singapore.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Diploma holders with extensive experience are also considered.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well in a high-pressure team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and patient advocacy.
