Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality bedside nursing care to patients in Medical-Surgical wards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Support junior staff and assist in clinical mentorship (for Senior Nurse applicants).
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in an acute inpatient or hospital setting.
- Strong proficiency in clinical procedures, wound care, and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure medical environments.
- Bilingual in English and a second language to facilitate effective patient communication.
