Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care with professionalism and compassion, ensuring adherence to established nursing protocols and standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for patients across various departments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate documentation and medication administration records
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team
- Assist medical practitioners during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of healthcare services
Kualifikasi
- Valid nursing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with prior experience in acute care or specialty nursing preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills and nursing procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle competing priorities
