Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterile and readily available
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in their condition
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in perioperative nursing
- Certification in perioperative nursing or related specialty is preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- CPR certification and basic life support training
