Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate specialized wound care plans for geriatric patients.
- Execute complex wound dressings and monitor healing progress for patients with chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment pathways.
- Educate patients and their families on wound prevention and chronic disease management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with medical standards.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and share best practices in wound care management.
- Monitor for signs of infection or complications and escalate clinical concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid practicing license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Post-graduate certification or specialized training in Wound Care is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics or community care.
- Proficiency in managing pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and surgical wounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
