Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for project requirements including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets with regular financial reporting
- Lead vendor evaluation and selection processes based on technical specifications and commercial terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors
- Proven track record in vendor management and strategic sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable commercial terms
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
