Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the construction and heavy equipment industry? AKTIO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Sales & Marketing to join our team in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying high-value prospect customers, and managing rental contracts for our extensive fleet of heavy equipment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share in heavy equipment rentals.
- Proactively identify and prospect new clients within the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to demonstrate the value proposition of AKTIO rental equipment.
- Negotiate rental contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve company profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports, activity forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing, specifically within the Heavy Equipment or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction segments, project lifecycles, and equipment requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to client sites and work effectively in the Cikarang industrial region.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
