Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Staff / SPV Finance Accounting Tax professional to join our growing finance team in Tangerang Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the organization and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will act as a key liaison in financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Your core responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements, managing the end-to-end closing process, and conducting in-depth cost analyses to support executive decision-making. Furthermore, you will take a lead role in overseeing system improvement projects, optimizing financial workflows, and executing various Financial Audit Task (FAT) responsibilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and variance reporting to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Oversee and lead the progress of system improvement projects and operational process optimization.
- Execute various Financial Audit Task (FAT) and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Senior Staff or SPV Finance/Tax role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh & PPN) and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
