In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate our organizational performance standards. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows to ensure seamless operations across all departments. By analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing evidence-based solutions, you'll directly contribute to cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational agility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with strategic goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring performance metrics, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions to maintain operational excellence. - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows
- Lead process optimization initiatives through data-driven analysis and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular operational audits
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and train staff on new processes
- Document process changes, update workflow diagrams, and maintain process documentation
- Drive adoption of automation and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or similar roles
- Proven expertise with Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), or Kaizen methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and project management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on root cause analysis and data-driven solutions
